Hilton Garden Inn Muscat Al Khuwair

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Muscat - Al Khuwair was really Lovley…. the reception staff was most polite and helpful, check in was seamless and quick, they guided us about local taxi use and also recommended a tour operator, they also guided us about things to do and see and available around the hotel and in general, house keeping was unobtrusive, did their job well and provided assistance as required, they very kindly gave us a late check out, they stored our bags for a few hours before we could collect them to leave for the airport. They let us use a small “business center” room to do our last moment bag sorting, they have a baggage scale that came handy to ensure we were well in order. NOTE: They do not place bedroom slippers, emergency shaving kit and such in the room but are more than happy to provide if you need one.

Everything was perfect! Oman is a great country and Muscat is a marvelous city with a great history and amazing people. The hotel is really great and it exceeded our expectations. Great room, clean and awesome breakfast. The staff are amazing. I will try not to foget anyone. I'd start with Ms. Christine and she is so helpful and friendly, and the reception guys Idrees and Habeeb are nice people, Jaf is a friendly guy. In the restaurant there was Reyna and Ronie ( I am afraid if I forgot her name ) and Mohammed is great as well. I am really thankfull for the room cleaning service assured by Ravindra who is an awesome guy and friendly. Really, we enjoyed our stay as a family and we look forward to visit Muscat again and we will do our best to go back to Hilton Garden Inn. Our baby liked the swiming pool and there is a plus there the baby pool has got like an umbrella and this made it nicer for him. The hotel has got a nice place you can find plenty of malls nearby, and beaches as well. If you have got a car, they have got a huge car park and you will easily find a place for it and touristic attractions and museums, you can easily reach by car. The stuff are really amazing, we missed out flight and we were about to cancel our trip, and the hotel offered me a reschedule but after a while we decided to go for it and I am so gratefull that we decided to go; the staff and especially Ms. Christine handled it so professionnally and in a nice way. The hotel is absolutely wonderful, and is among my favourite list

The Hotel reception staff was very courteous and polite and made sure we had a comfortable stay. the hotel has a laundry service for free where they have kept washing machine n dryer on the 7th floor to use. The hotel has ample of parking space in the basement and in front of the hotel. the hotel is located close to the eating and tourist spot. there are restaurants walking distance 7-10mins from the hotel so you dont have to search. Sultan Qaboos mosque is 10mins from the hotel by car. We got the garden view which was amazing. It is better to rent a car while travelling because taxi is not reasonable and its a problem to get one.You can just sit outside in the garden and enjoy the birds sound and its so peaceful.

The Hotel definitely meets the standard of a five-star accommodation. Almost all aspects can be included within the positive points of the hotel.

I thought this hotel was exceptional value for money - staff were all superb, rate was fair, breakfast was bountiful, room was clean with a very comfortable bed, good sized bath/shower, complimentary water and hot beverages, free underground parking, excellent check in experience, nice pool on top (and gym). No alcohol sold at the hotel but that's ok. Had a lovely stay - thank you to all the warm and engaging staff who made every day a pleasant experience.
